We are seeking a reliable and friendly Labourer to join our small workshop team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting various engineering roles and projects. Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation or mechanical components
* Load and unload materials and equipment
* Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required
* Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
* Perform general building and grounds maintenance
* Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements
* Previous experience in a labouring role is preferred
* Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
* Willingness to learn new skills and take on various responsibilities
* A valid driver's licence is an advantage but not mandatory
* Must be punctual, reliable, and committed to completing tasks efficiently
