Salary: £26K base + £5K OTE = £31k. Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. We at Work Lyf Group are recruiting for a Direct Sales Executive for our client, a leading UK supplier of industrial components, tools, and consumables, as they expand their sales team. We are seeking a personable, proactive Sales professional who thrives on building genuine relationships and turning warm leads into loyal customers.
What you’ll be doing
* Engaging with warm leads and inbound inquiries across multiple sectors
* Building rapport with prospects to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
* Using CRM data and performance metrics to optimise follow-ups and deepen customer engagement
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term satisfaction
