HR Officer Salary: £35,000–£40,000 per annum DOE bonus excellent benefits Location: Liverpool City Centre (Hybrid) Contract: Full-time, Permanent About the Role We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on HR Officer to take ownership of the day-to-day HR function for a fantastic international organisation. This is a standalone generalist role with real scope to influence culture, improve processes, and enhance the employee experience across a diverse, high-performing, multicultural team. What You'll Be Doing Look after all day to day HR duties Look after payroll and benefits Recruitment and onboarding Performance, Development & Systems Support Manage all HR systems Driving Employee Engagement & Culture Development of company policy A real chance to drive value add HR initiatives About You Essential: Proven HR generalist experience, ideally in a standalone or small-team role. Strong HRIS skills Experience managing payroll with external providers is a plus Solid understanding of UK employment law. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Desirable: CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience. Experience in a fast-moving or international environment.
