We are currently working in partnership with a Local Authority in based in South Wales, who are recruiting for a Labourer on an initial three-month contract.
The position is due to start immediately, with the potential to go full time. The hourly rate of pay is negotiable up to £17.00 via an Umbrella company.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Clearing and preparing void properties for repair or re-let
2. Delivering materials to various sites to support trade operatives and project teams
3. Assisting with demolition works, including safe removal of fixtures, fittings, and waste
4. Supporting colleagues with general labouring tasks across housing and property services
5. Ensuring all tasks are carried out safely and in line with Health & Safety regulations
6. Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including correct disposal of waste materials
Experience required:
7. Experience assisting on site/with removals
8. Experience working within domestic properties
9. Experience carrying out general labouring tasks
Working hours:
10. 37.5 hours per week
11. Monday - Friday, Flexible Start/Finish Times
