Robert Half is partnering with a B2B contract cleaning company based in London in search for there next HR Officer to join the team.
Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic and people-focused HR Officer to deliver an exceptional HR service across a fast-paced and growing organisation.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert on employee relations, helping shape a positive workplace culture and empowering managers and teams through proactive HR solutions. You'll work as part of a collaborative HR team that values innovation, responsiveness, and partnership at every level of the business.
Responsibilities:
Employee Relations & Compliance
* Deliver end-to-end HR support across the full employee lifecycle – from onboarding to exit.
* Manage and lead on ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance issues.
* Partner with line managers to ensure fair and compliant practices, offering clear, business-focused guidance.
* Coordinate Occupational Health referrals and oversee maternity, long-term sickness, and return-to-work processes.
* Oversee the implementation of HR policies and ensure they’re aligned with current legislation and best practice.
* Lead and support on TUPE transfers, providing clear communication and documentation throughout.
Culture & Development
* Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing clear and empathetic advice on HR policies and challenges.
* Support the rollout of internal learning platforms and contribute to a high-performance culture through relevant training and development initiatives.
* Champion a culture of inclusivity, equal opportunities, and employee wellbeing.
General HR Support
* Provide insights on employee turnover and retention through exit interviews and data analysis.
* Support compliance processes including DBS checks and right-to-work documentation management.
* Maintain HR systems and records with a meticulous eye for detail.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar HR Advisor or HR Officer role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
* MUST be Portuguese and Spanish Speaker
* Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
* Experience managing TUPE processes and complex ER cases.
* CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards it) preferred.
