In our exciting new role of Senior Property Sales Executive, youll lead from the front, guiding customers and our colleagues as the go-to expert in everything from shared ownership to staircasing, tenant sales and retirement sales. Typical day as Senior Property Sales Executive (known as Statutory Sales internally)
1. Leading and guiding a small team of Sales Executives and Assistants, supporting complex cases and helping your team to build their confidence and knowledge through regular coaching.
2. Managing and driving the end-to-end sales process, making sure every transaction is smooth, compliant, and leaves customers feeling supported as they take the big step towards owning their home.
