Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and talented Cook to join our team. As a Cook, you will be responsible for overseeing the food production.
This is a role in a fast-paced restaurant environment, requiring excellent culinary skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Duties:
* Ensure all Food Hygeine books are up to date
* Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
* Ensure high quality of food presentation and taste
* Monitor inventory levels
* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen
* Adhere to all safety and health regulations
Experience:
* Proven experience as a Cook or similar role in a restaurant or hospitality setting
* Strong knowledge of food production techniques and culinary trends
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of kitchen operations and equipment
* Culinary degree or certification is preferred, but not required

Pay: £12.21-£13.50 per hour
