These divisions within Sportradar consist of a population of 500+ FTE across multiple units and locations, meaning you will also partner with our Local People Advisors and People Operations across the globe. In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing people strategies and fostering a positive culture of growth and innovation within a fast-paced, change-driven environment. This position will lead employee relations, talent strategy, and organizational development that will fuel a results-oriented and high-performing workforce.
