Role overview

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is crucial to the continued success and growth of our business, with a focus on generating new opportunities through proactive prospecting activities.

You will be a hunter, finding your own leads, strongly qualifying the potential and progressing the opportunity, recording all activities into our CRM.

You need to be decisive, with the ability to see your decisions through to conclusion, applying intelligence to the process and moving quickly in a fast-paced environment.

We will provide you with ongoing training and support. However, to be successful in this role, you need to be driven by success with a focused high-energy work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

· Generate, qualify & nurture sales leads through outbound prospecting, database mining, and strategic outreach.

· Manage and grow your sales pipeline within the CRM system (Workbooks), ensuring all activity is accurately recorded

* Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our products and develop new contacts
* Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to support lead generation campaigns and sales initiatives
* Conduct discovery calls, identify client needs, and present tailored solutions from our software portfolio
* Deliver sales presentations and demos, both virtually and in-person, to potential customers
* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead and opportunity targets

Person Criteria:

* Sales experience preferred; training provided
* Confident, proactive, and self-motivated with a hunger to win new business
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills – comfortable engaging with decision-makers at all levels
* Organised and methodical, with the ability to manage multiple prospects and deadlines effectively
* Comfortable using CRM systems (ideally Workbooks), sales enablement tools, and Microsoft Office suite
* Willingness to travel to attend trade shows and client meetings

What we offer

* Starting salary of £30,000/annum with uncapped commission
* 20 days of holiday per year, plus National Holidays
