The role
As Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue across all market segments for both Hyatt Regency & Hyatt House Manchester.
Main points
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts across Local, Corporate and M&E markets.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive research, networking, and sales calls.
* Plan and conduct client site visits, appointments, sales trips and familiarisation events to increase hotel visibility.
* Maintain strong competitor knowledge and provide market insights to support commercial strategy.
* Produce monthly activity and market‑condition reports and drive revenue aligned with business targets.
About you
You will be a confident, motivated and relationship‑focused individual who thrives in a fast‑paced commercial environment. You are proactive, organised, and comfortable approaching new clients. You bring strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality and a genuine ability to build trust and rapport. Previous sales or hotel experience is an advantage but not essential — the right attitude is key.
