HR Manager – Standalone Role
Cambridge | £45,000 – £55,000 + Hybrid & Flexible Working | Onsite Parking
We’re excited to be partnering with a technology business based in Cambridge to find a talented HR Manager to join their team in a standalone capacity.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a true generalist who thrives on variety and enjoys being hands-on across all aspects of HR.

Key Responsibilities
* Acting as the first point of contact for all HR matters
* Lead on recruitment including onboarding and induction.
* Manage and develop training and development initiatives.
* Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive, inclusive culture.
* Review and update HR policies in line with legislation and business needs.
* Maintain accurate HR records and reporting.
About You
* Proven experience as a standalone HR Manager or senior HR generalist.
* Ideally CIPD L5 qualified or above.
* Confident, proactive, and approachable, with excellent communication skills.
* Happy being on-site at least 2-3 days per week. Whilst you won’t be required to be in 5 days a week, it’s essential you can be available in person when required.
