Overview
We are seeking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join our busy HR Operations Team, providing a high quality and customer-focused HR service to all academic and professional services areas across the University.

Position Title: Human Resources Administrator - 11396
Directorate/College: Directorate of Human Resources
Location: Brunel University of London, Uxbridge Campus
Grade 5: £29,450 to £33,313 per annum inclusive of London Weighting with potential to progress to £35,054 per annum inclusive of London Weighting, through sustained exceptional contribution.
Hours: Full-time - 1.0fte/35 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
Responsibilities
* Provide HR administrative services covering the full range of employee life cycle activities, especially on recruitment and selection, and in accordance with service level agreements, KPIs and standard operating procedures.
* Under the direction of the HR Operations Team Leader, provide a high quality and customer-focused HR service to all academic and professional services areas across the University.
* Demonstrate proven experience in a customer-focused facing role with a successful track record of providing a full range of administrative support within the University and be competent in Microsoft Office applications.
Qualifications
* A strong interest in working in HR is essential; CIPD level 3 qualification is essential.
* Experience in a customer-focused role with administrative support within the University and competence in Microsoft Office applications.
* We are open to training internal colleagues who already have excellent administrative skills.
