Overview:
A growing organization in the hospitality industry are currently seeking a Head of People Operations that will be overseeing both finance and HR departments and working closely with the founders of the business to grow further.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is in a senior position looking to work with a growing organisation.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Manage the members of the HR team
* Lead payroll end-to-end
* Create reports and metrics and work closely with founders to improve the company
* Oversee the finance operations
* Lead on all ER cases
* Oversee training for the company
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience working in a senior people operations role
* Experience working with a growing company
* Good knowledge on HR policies
* Good knowledge on finance processes
* An excellent communicator
* Hard-working and ambitious
* A team player who thrives when working with others towards shared goals
