As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth. Responsibilities include managing key accounts, acquiring new clients, and closing high-value deals. This role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual skilled in consultative selling, client relationship management, and new business development. You will identify new customers, develop key accounts, and negotiate deals.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new business, including outbound prospecting and engaging potential customers;
* Articulate the GRC Solutions value proposition and demonstrate how it enhances clients' governance, risk, and compliance;
* Manage and develop an account portfolio, including key accounts;
* Build trust and relationships with senior executives through professionalism and relevant expertise;
* Identify opportunities within targeted markets and develop relationships with decision-makers;
* Assist customers in identifying cybersecurity and data privacy compliance solutions;
* Handle bids, tenders, and proposals, and present to senior stakeholders;
* Manage sales pipelines, budgets, and forecasts;
* Achieve sales targets and KPIs consistently;
* Maintain knowledge of the GRC market and competitors;
* Stay updated on product and industry developments;
* Provide feedback to support sales strategy;
Person Specification
Essential Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in bringing in new business and hitting sales targets;
* Experience in consultative selling and closing high-value deals;
* Background in senior sales or key account management roles;
* Excellent pipeline management, forecasting, and budgeting skills;
* Contract negotiation experience;
* Commercial acumen and experience working with C-Suite executives;
* Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce);
* Experience with tenders and excellent skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
* Knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy markets;
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
