Role
You will join the Conference and Events team. The role involves a mixture of day and late evening shifts, with occasional overnights. The work will be primarily bar-focused, but may also include a variety of other departmental tasks. You will enjoy working behind the bar preparing and serving drinks, demonstrating superb knowledge of the menu, providing recommendations and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
