As part of their ongoing growth, we are seeking a seasoned Regional New Homes Sales Executive to take the lead on sales across several key developments in the region. Role Overview This is an exciting opportunity to join an elite developer at the forefront of the luxury new build market. The successful candidate will act as a brand ambassador, managing end-to-end sales while offering a best-in-class customer experience. Youll play a critical role in converting high-value enquiries into completions while working closely with marketing, construction, and client care teams. Key Responsibilities Manage the full sales cycle across multiple high-end residential developments in the region. Conduct exceptional, consultative show home viewings with prospective purchasers. Maintain strong relationships with buyers Provide expert product knowledge and guide clients through the purchase process from reservation to completion. Use CRM systems to log interactions, maintain pipeline visibility, and ensure compliance. Attend regular site visits and liaise with site managers and aftercare to ensure a smooth client journey. Candidate Profile A minimum of 35 years of experience in luxury sales new homes or luxury residential sales. Proven success in a target-driven, consultative sales environment. Confident communicator with high emotional intelligence and presentation skills. Strong knowledge of the regional property market and luxury buyer expectations. Professional, polished, and personable able to engage HNWIs with ease. Self-starter with excellent time management and organisational ability. Full driving license and willingness to travel across developments. Preferred but Not Essential Experience working for or with boutique or luxury sales required/estate agency Understanding of build phases and construction process. Second language skills are advantageous.
