Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site Sales Executive role based in Leeds. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new customer relationships, managing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include prospecting potential clients, negotiating prices, and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of the company’s product offerings. The role also involves analysing market trends to identify potential growth opportunities and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
Qualifications
* Experience in sales, business development, and account management
* Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of the food industry, particularly within baking and confectionery, is a plus
* Goal‑oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
* Self‑motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications
