Job Title: Site Manager Location: Projects based across Bury St Edmunds, Newmarket, Ipswich, and Norwich Employment Type: Permanent Salary: Competitive, based on experience benefits About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Site Manager to join a well-established regional main contractor delivering a variety of construction projects throughout East Anglia. With a strong pipeline of secured work across Suffolk and Norfolk, this is a permanent role offering long-term stability and the opportunity to lead interesting and varied local projects. Typical Projects Include: You will be managing new build and refurbishment schemes across a broad range of sectors, including: * Schools, academies, and educational campuses * Healthcare and community facilities * Council and public sector frameworks * Commercial premises and industrial units * Residential schemes and small-scale housing developments * Heritage buildings and specialist restoration projects All works are regionally based, avoiding the need for long-distance travel or regular overnight stays.
