We need an experienced, hands-on, and solid Director who has built and run a business before to run and register the UK arm (creating a LTD company), hire the first team, and drive day-to-day results.

Core Responsibilities:
* Run & Grow: own budget, revenue, and new-client pipeline; report KPIs monthly.
* Delivery: oversee full-cycle hiring and weekly contractor payroll compliance.
* 5+ years senior HR / Talent / Recruitment leadership with P&L knowledge and experience.
* Track record of launching or scaling a recruitment agency/function in the UK.
* Expert in UK employment law, payroll, and GDPR.
* Remote team management and strong stakeholder skills.
* Able to deliver results under pressure.
