A leading international firm is seeking a bright and commercially astute Senior Associate to join their high-performing Employment team in London.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling a broad spectrum of employment tribunal litigation, including potential advocacy at preliminary hearings.
* Advising HR professionals, in-house legal teams, and senior stakeholders on complex employee relations matters.
* Drafting and negotiating contracts, service agreements, and internal HR policies.
* Representing senior executives and high-net-worth individuals on exits, team moves, and service agreements.
* Providing UK employment law advice to international clients and co-ordinating cross-border matters.
* Involvement in High Court litigation regarding business protection, including restrictive covenants.
* Acting as the sole employment advisor on corporate transactions.
Candidate Requirements:
* UK-qualified solicitor with 4+ years' PQE in contentious and non-contentious employment law.
* Strong technical capability and confident handling high-level advisory matters.
* Excellent written communication and client-handling skills.
* Commercially aware with proven or emerging business development skills.
* Ability to lead on matters and manage transactions autonomously.
