We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our small, family run client based in Wem. The successful candidate will play a vital role in expanding new sale opportunities with existing, lapsed and perspective clients working jointly with MD to drive B2B sales strategies.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for business to business tele-sales, building strong business relationships over telephone and email, completed the first 12 weeks through Swift Temps with a permanent contact available after this period plus the opportunity to develop including visiting clients face to face
* Hours of work: 9am to 3pm Tuesday to Friday
* Pay: £15 per hour
The role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions to foster long-term partnerships within the packaging service industry. Previous business redevelopment or sales experience with packaging, sub contracting, processing, engineering or manufacturing is essential
Responsibilities .
* Identify and engage prospective clients through cold calling, and industry research.
* Conduct detailed analysis of client requirements
* Utilise Salesforce CRM to track leads, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
* Work with owner to prepare quotations and negotiate contracts
* Manage ongoing relationships with existing clients to promote repeat business and maximise customer retention.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in B2B sales within packaging, sub contracting, processing, engineering or manufacturing is essential
* Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is essential.
* Excellent verbal communication
* Organised, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as part of a small team.
Please note due the rural location of our client own transport is essential
