As a Reward Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting external clients to navigate a complex and evolving regulatory landscape, designing & developing reward programmes to attract, retain, and motivate employees. You will support with enhancing reward programmes to provide an outstanding employee experience and promote progress on Environmental, Social, and Governance issues through remuneration strategies, and support on regulatory reward matters and ensure effective governance is in place.
This is a client facing role with a broad scope, including, but not limited to, reward projects that cover executive compensation, benchmarking, job architecture design and M&A activities. You will ensure adherence to emerging pay equity standards and integrate DE&I into all reward and performance activities.
