As they continue to expand their portfolio, we are helping them to find a dynamic and experienced Assistant Site Manager. As Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of residential developments focussed around sustainable living. Working closely with the Internal design/technical teams and project teams, you will ensure the successful completion of projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Health & Safety: Champion health and safety, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining a safe work environment. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the client, contractors, and the in-house team, ensuring clear communication and swift resolution of any issues. Procurement & Logistics: Support the procurement process and ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid delays. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections, guaranteeing all work meets specifications and expectations. Problem Solving: Address challenges proactively to minimize delays and cost overruns. Budget Management: Monitor project costs, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to budgets.
