A well-established precision engineering manufacturer is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and continuously improve its quality systems across the business.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working closely with production, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure the highest standards of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities of the Quality Manager
1. Maintain an effective and compliant Quality Management System across the business
2. Ensure compliance with Nadcap, AS9100, ISO standards, and applicable customer standards (current and in progress)
3. Work closely with Inspection and Machine Operators to produce FAIRs
4. Coordinate laboratory testing for parts requiring external analysis in line with customer requirements
