Job Description: Senior Sales Executive

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Salary: Competitive + commission structure OTE £120K
Role Overview
The Senior Sales Executive will take ownership of the full sales cycle for a recently launched product from the Future Forest Company that is generating market traction with early adopters. This role is central to driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with customers ranging from larger corporates through to SMEs and a range of channel partners, and ensuring that our product becomes a recognised and trusted subscription solution for businesses looking to contribute directly to nature restoration.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
* Identify and engage prospective clients across corporates, SMEs, and intermediaries (e.g., brokers, resellers).
* Develop and manage the sales pipeline using a variety of demand generation techniques.
Sales Process Management
* Take responsibility for the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
* Tailor presentations and proposals to client needs, clearly articulating the value of our subscription product.
Market Development
* Work closely with the leadership team to refine go-to-market strategy.
* Provide feedback on product positioning, pricing, and reporting requirements to ensure strong market fit.
Reporting & Performance
* Deliver regular sales performance reports and forecasts.
* Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets.
* Work with existing sales team to ensure product fit and cohesion across all product lines.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven success in B2B sales, preferably within the sustainability or environmental impact market.
* Strong network of corporate contacts.
* Consultative sales approach with the ability to engage and influence at C-suite and sustainability leadership levels.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Proficiency with CRM tools and structured sales methodologies.
