Location: Hybrid — 1 day per week in the Orwell, Cambridgeshire office (Mondays)
Salary: £35,000 + benefits

Sales Executive to join their growing team and play a key role in building relationships, opening doors, and supporting meaningful growth.
This is a full-time, hybrid role offering autonomy, variety and the chance to make a real impact. It would suit someone who thrives on starting conversations, nurturing leads and spotting genuine opportunities — without the hard sell.
What you’ll be doing:
* Reaching out to prospective businesses to introduce the company’s services and generate new leads
* Identifying and booking opportunities for product trials and demonstrations
* Logging all activity and updates in the CRM system
* Supporting the wider sales and business development team with diary coordination and pipeline updates
* Promoting relevant services, tools and training initiatives
* Building lasting relationships with clients through clear and thoughtful communication
What we’re looking for:
* A confident communicator with a natural ability to build rapport
* Background in B2B customer service, sales, or lead generation
* Organised, detail-focused and proactive
* Comfortable managing your own time and working independently
* Familiar with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
