Requirements:

* Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the life sciences and contract markets
* Skilled in managing key accounts and maintaining strong client relationships
* Confident running a full 360 desk or eager to develop into one
* Highly goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive
* Resilient and positive, able to overcome challenges and setbacks with determination
