The Opportunity
As a HR Manager, you will operate as a true Business Partner to key stakeholders, providing both strategic insight and hands‑on operational support.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership, influencing decision‑making, driving talent initiatives, and ensuring the business is set up for continued growth and success.
This is a varied and fast‑paced role within a collaborative, forward‑thinking HR team that values innovation, continuous improvement, and high standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including Divisional leadership teams
* Partner with Finance and leadership to support organisational design and workforce planning
* Lead and contribute to strategic HR projects and initiatives
* Drive the talent management agenda, ensuring consistency and alignment with business goals
* Provide expert guidance on employee relations, including complex cases
* Support and enhance resourcing strategies, including senior hiring and workforce planning
* Lead performance management processes, coaching managers to drive high performance
* Oversee salary review and bonus cycles, ensuring fair and competitive outcomes
* Manage and develop HR Advisor(s), supporting their growth and capability
* Collaborate with L&D to deliver impactful learning and development programmes
About You
* CIPD qualified (or equivalent), with proven experience operating at HR Manager / Business Partner level
* Confident engaging and influencing at senior stakeholder level
* Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategic and operational delivery
* Experienced across employee relations, talent management, and organisational development
* A natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills
* Resilient, proactive, and solutions‑focused, with the ability to navigate complexity
* Strong organisational and project management skills, with attention to detail
