Salary: £40,000–£45,000 per annum + commission

As the business continues to expand, they are seeking an experienced and motivated Event Sales Executive to join their London-based team.
This role focuses on both proactive and reactive sales, managing the entire client journey from initial enquiry through to post-event follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
1. Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities across corporate, private, and wedding markets.
2. Respond to inbound enquiries, preparing bespoke proposals and presentations tailored to each client’s requirements.
3. Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and long-term loyalty.
4. Collaborate with culinary, planning, and operations teams to deliver seamless and memorable events.
5. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and client expectations to inform business strategy.
6. Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

7. Proven track record in sales within luxury catering, events, or hospitality.
