Duties / Responsibilities
- Connecting with customers to understand their needs and match them with the right Škoda
- Delivering on both sales targets and customer satisfaction scores
- Advising on finance, insurance, and add‑on products
- Managing the full customer journey—from first contact to vehicle handover and beyond
- Maintaining excellent showroom presentation and keeping on top of admin and compliance
To be Successful You Will Have
- A passion for people, cars, and delivering exceptional customer service
- Experience in sales or a customer‑facing role—motor trade experience is preferred but not essential
- A target‑driven mindset with a desire to succeed
- Confidence using technology (we use iPads and digital tools daily)
- Integrity, positivity, and the ability to build instant rapport
