We’re looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead and develop an internal and off shore Customer Service team for this iconic Sports brand. You’ll oversee daily operations, coach coordinators, optimise processes, and work closely with Sales & Logistics to keep orders moving and customers happy.
What You’ll Do
1. Lead & develop a high‑performing CS team
2. Manage orderbooks, customer data & key KPIs
3. Build strong relationships with internal & external partners
4. Solve challenges across orders, fulfilment & customer queries
5. Report key performance insights + drive continuous improvement
What You Bring
6. Solid Customer service and operations experience at Management level
7. Customer service experience gained in both B2B and B2C within Sports, Fashion or Lifestyle sector
8. Strong leadership & people‑management skills
9. Excellent organisation & attention to detail
10. Solid Excel skills (Styleman a bonus)
11. Interest in sports & fashion is a plus
