🛡️ Your Role
As a Risk Management Support Officer, you’ll be a key player in:
1. Assisting with planning and improvement processes for safety and security functions
2. Managing and supporting projects and programmes across multiple disciplines
3. Reviewing highlight reports and monitoring systems for accuracy
4. Taking accurate minutes for key meetings and steering groups
5. Developing policy guidelines and project frameworks
6. Preparing and storing essential documentation and reports
7. Supporting evidence portfolios for regulators, auditors, and litigation needs
🎓 What You’ll Need
We welcome candidates with a variety of backgrounds. You must meet one of the following criteria:
8. ✅ Five GCSEs (Grade C or above) + 2 years’ administrative experience
9. âś… HNC/HND in administration + 1 year of relevant experience
10. ✅ NVQ Level 3 in administration + 2 years’ experience
11. ✅ 4 years’ admin experience at Band 3 + recognised DATIX qualification + strong IT skills (Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
You’ll also need exceptional keyboard accuracy and confidence handling data for presentation at Trust Board level.
