Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Advisor to provide exceptional customer service and support in our aftersales department.
Main Responsibilities:
* Establish strong relationships with customers to deliver outstanding care and meet their needs
* Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive sales targets through technician labour and product sales
* Efficiently book in customer vehicles for servicing, maximising labour utilisation and efficiency
* Liaise with drivers and arrange alternative transport for customers, ensuring seamless pick-up and delivery of vehicles
* Manage and follow up all work in progress on customer vehicles, maintaining effective communication with customers, Workshop Controllers, and technicians
Requirements:
* Prior experience in a service role is preferred, with a passion for delivering high standards of customer service
* Organised individual with excellent telephone and face-to-face communication skills
* Strong administration skills, including confidence in using computers and ability to organise and prioritise work
