Private Members' Club | Up to £40,000 | Start Late June 2026
We're excited to be partnering with a well-established private members' club with a loyal membership of around 900, currently looking to appoint a talented Chef / Catering Manager to lead and elevate their food offering.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven chef with leadership experience to take full ownership of the kitchen and play a key role in shaping the club's dining experience.
The Role
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the catering operation, ensuring high-quality dishes and a seamless service across all areas, from casual dining to private events and weddings.
Key Responsibilities
Menu Design & Innovation
Develop, cost, and deliver creative seasonal menus for lunch, dinner, and special events including weddings and private functions.
Team Leadership & Management
Lead, motivate, and develop both kitchen and front-of-house catering teams, working closely with the Bar Manager. Oversee rotas, recruitment, and staff performance.
Training & Standards
Drive high service and food standards through ongoing training, ensuring consistency and a positive team culture.
Compliance & Quality
Maintain all hygiene, safety, and compliance standards, continuing the club's excellent 5-star Environmental Health rating .
What's on Offer
Salary: Up to £40,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: 5 days out of 7, including weekends (Friday-Sunday)

About You
Experienced Head Chef or Catering Manager
Strong background in menu planning & costing
Confident leader with excellent organisational skills
