Overview
We’re partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a HR Officer based in Leeds.
You’ll be working as part an established and effective HR team headed up by a CPO that champions professional development and progression.
Responsibilities
* Provide generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, reporting and MI, and compliance.
* Support various HR projects and initiatives to ensure smooth operation of the HR function.
* Engage colleagues at all levels of the organisation with strong IT and systems skills and sound business judgment.
* Contribute to a fast-paced, evolving environment with flexibility to respond to people and business needs.
Qualifications/Requirements
* Forward-thinking individual with extensive generalist HR experience.
* Strong IT and systems skills and well-developed business and personal judgment.
* Experience in HR operations and/or shared services is desirable.
* Ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
Details
The salary is up to £35,000 dependent on experience, and the role is based three days in the office and two days per week working from home.
