About You Direct management of customers, primarily in the Ethnic Restaurant Sector where there is Indian cuisine, Maintain and grow sales of Cobra as well as other MCBC brands within defined geographical territory, in line with operational targets, demonstrating behaviours applicable to MCBC value Key Responsibilities Deliver personal sales targets to support channel growth in Ethnic Restaurants, with a focus on sustainable distribution and driving profitable volume Support execution of a clearly defined, effective journey plan. Build strong, lasting relationships that benefit performance, enhancing the reputation of Cobra and Molson Coors Assist in creating and support execution of a clearly defined, effective journey plan. Focused on large cities and key urban centers within large geographical territories Partner with internal and external teams to deliver a strong service offer and build lasting relationships that enhance performance and expand Cobra’s presence in new markets Ensure operational standards are met to deliver an excellent customer experience, maintaining accurate data across systems and CRM tools for customers and prospects in the territory About you You may not meet all the criteria for the role, but don't let that stop you from applying.
