The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of People should have:
9. Proven experience in a HR Leadership role
10. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
11. Ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies
12. Ability to influence Senior Leadership
13. Experience in managing employee relations and fostering a positive workplace culture
14. Proficiency in HR systems and data analysis
15. Exceptional communication and leadership skills
