Key Skills and Qualifications:
* 3+ years of Experience: Demonstrable experience in a technical role, particularly within or closely alongside a BI team.
* Contact Centre MI/BI: Proven track record of delivering MI/BI solutions in fast-paced contact centre environments.
* Data Visualization: Passion for data and reporting with strong data visualization development skills, capable of surfacing insights and actionable recommendations.
* Time Management: Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively to meet business objectives.
* Zendesk Expertise: Experience working with Zendesk as a ticketing system and Zendesk Talk as a telephony platform.
* Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills, able to translate complex findings into clear, impactful reports for stakeholders.
* Real-Time Reporting: Experience with contact centre reporting tools, ideally Zendesk Explore, for real-time reporting.
* Self-Starter: Proactive problem-solver with a strong ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
* Stakeholder Management: Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* BI Tools: Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar BI tools for data visualization and reporting.
* SQL Proficiency: Strong SQL skills for data querying and extraction from source systems/Data Warehouse.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain BI reports and dashboards to support the needs of various stakeholders.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
* Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive improvements in customer experience.
* Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting through proper validation and testing.
* Continuously optimize BI solutions to enhance performance and usability.
