What You'll Do
* Take ownership of IFM service delivery across your designated areas, always aiming for service excellence
* Be the go-to contact for your business area, ensuring services meet SLA and contract requirements
* Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, driving innovation and continuous improvement
* Lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver consistently high standards
* Monitor budgets and control costs in line with client agreements
* Ensure full compliance with Sodexo policies, client standards, and all statutory Health & Safety requirements
* Drive service development through planned initiatives, audits, and continuous improvement projects
What We're Looking For
* Background in facilities management or corporate services
* IOSH Working Safely qualification is desirable
* Strong customer focus with a proven ability to motivate and lead teams
* Experience in people management, performance development, and team engagement
* Solid understanding of SHEQ principles, with the ability to manage risks and controls
* Excellent communication and IT skills
* A positive, hands-on leadership style
