Working as part of a team you will be responsible for creating nutritious, flavoursome and well-balanced menus whilst working with residents to tailor menus around them. We are offering this permanent role on a full-time basis of 35 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days per week, with alternate weekends. We are offering a salary of £22,446.27 per annum. As a Cook at Platters Farm Lodge, you will be expected to: Ensure residents' dietary needs are met. Design menus for residents. Liaise with the Registered Home Manager to plan and cost menus. Provide a balanced nutritious diet, making the best use of available fresh foods. Ensure full compliance with all food hygiene and safety regulations.
