As a Site Manager, you will be:
* Ensuring the smooth operation of Internal and external works
* Managing a team of 2 operatives and 3 sub-contractors
* Oversee the site to ensure the client/customer satisfaction rate is met
* Manage your own diary and schedule.
* Sign off completed work to high-quality standards.
* Ensure health and safety protocols are followed-if not, follow up to ensure compliance

* Experience in social housing or domestic
* Experience in planned works
* SMSTS
* Clean Driving License
* Clean DBS Check
This role is offering the following benefits
* Transport and fuel will be arranged
