* Join an experienced, trauma‑informed team
* Work 1:1 or in small staff‑to‑student ratios (e.g., 2:1 or 3:1)
* Support students with SEMH, Autism (ASC), and sensory processing differences
* Promote positive behaviour and resilience through relational, student‑led approaches

Requirements
* Experience supporting challenging behaviour in education, youth work, care, or similar fields
* Currently living in or near Bristol, with Right to Work in the UK
* Access to your own vehicle and business insurance
* An Enhanced DBS for the Child Workforce on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
* Strong sense of empathy, emotional resilience, and a flexible approach to working across year groups
Desirable (but not essential)
* Team Teach (Level 2) or similar positive behaviour support training
* Experience in SEMH or alternative provision settings
* Knowledge of trauma‑informed practice, attachment theory, or restorative approaches
