We are working in partnership with a leading Tier 1 Contractor to recruit an experienced Site Manager for a high-profile new build school project near Ebbw Vale, with the opportunity to move onto a major development in the Cardiff area thereafter.

Key Responsibilities:
·Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards
·Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour
·Ensure all health & safety regulations and company procedures are strictly followed
·Monitor programme progress and report to senior management
·Maintain effective communication between all project stakeholders
·Drive a positive and proactive site culture focused on quality, safety, and delivery
Requirements:
·Proven experience as a Site Manager on similar new build projects (ideally education/public sector schemes)
·Background working for Tier 1 or reputable Tier 2 main contractors
·Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and health & safety regulations
·SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold Card), and First Aid certifications required
·Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills
·Ability to work collaboratively within a wider project team
