Our client is seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to lead core HR functions and provide strategic guidance during an exciting phase of expansion into new markets. This role will report into the CEO and have one direct report.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
* Provide expert advice on employment law and implement HR best practices.
* Lead and deliver initiatives related to talent management, employee engagement, learning & development, and succession planning.
