Description
Plan and manage daily site operations for retrofit schemes
Supervise site teams and subcontractors
Ensure Health & Safety compliance at all stages
Monitor quality, progress, and maintain site documentation
Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders
Lead site inductions and manage training needs
Produce and present reports for project meetingsProfile
Proven experience in retrofit projects
Background in social housing refurbishments
SMSTS certified
Strong leadership & site management skills

£50,000-£55,000 base salary
£4,500 car allowance
Up to 10% annual bonus
