Join us as an Office Administrator at Nicor Construction
Due to increased business requirements and the securing of new strategic contracts, NICOR Construction is seeking to expand its team. The Office Administrator role is full-time and based at our Head Office in Dundonald, Belfast.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting the Head Office team by managing new work orders issued by clients and ensuring their timely distribution to the relevant teams.
* Monitoring the lifecycle of orders, responding to client and internal queries, and ensuring orders are completed satisfactorily and on time.
* Participating in business development projects and contributing to individual development initiatives.
* Handling various administrative tasks, including inputting schedules into our CRM system and preparing reports and project documentation.
Key attributes: A methodical and disciplined approach, high attention to detail, and the ability to track tasks against business targets and KPIs.
Skills required: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
