About The Role
As a Cook and Resident Support you will take on a dual role, combining cooking and resident support responsibilities. You will directly impact the wellbeing of our residents by providing the support and care they need in a safe, nurturing environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Meal Preparation & Cooking: Prepare and serve home‑cooked meals for up to 17 residents, while maintaining food stock and ensuring proper rotation.
* Resident Support: Be the first point of contact for residents, offering a friendly face and support with their daily needs.
* Housekeeping: Ensure communal areas are clean, tidy, and well‑maintained, creating a comfortable environment for all.
* Wellbeing Promotion: Promote the overall wellbeing of our residents, ensuring they feel respected, empowered, and connected within our community.

Requirements
