Creative Support is a non‑profit organisation that provides high‑quality person‑centred social care services for people with learning disabilities, mental health and other needs.
We are looking for an individual with experience in an office environment or who is looking to start and develop their career in Human Resources in a busy office environment. You will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access), be highly organised, able to work to deadlines and provide excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities include working autonomously, managing tight deadlines, maintaining both computerised and manual records, developing and maintaining Excel spreadsheets, and dealing with frequently changing priorities. Confidentiality and the highest standards of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality are essential.
This role is ideal for graduates passionate about working in the not‑for‑profit sector, and for applicants seeking their first role within a Human Resources environment.
