For the successful Customer Service Manager our client is offering:
1. £30,000 - £35,000 Per Annum DOE
2. 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday
3. Full-time permanent position
4. Free parking on-site
The role - Customer Service Manager:
5. Effectively managing a team of Customer Service Executives
6. Training and managing Customer Service Assistants and Representatives
7. Deal with incoming calls and ensure they are handled professionally
8. Ensuring all required administration tasks are performed in a timely manner
9. Co-operate with all departments to ensure effective and accurate communication with customers.
What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Manager:
10. 3+ years experience in a Customer Service Management role - ESSENTIAL
11. Proven track record of maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced industry
12. The ability to remain patient and calm during stressful situations
13. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
14. Self-motivation to use their initiative and to innovate when required
