Duties
* Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
* Conduct telemarketing calls to potential clients, introducing our products and services.
* Utilise Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on sales performance.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of clients.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and maximise outreach efforts.
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Experience
* Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a telemarketing environment.
* Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is essential for managing client relationships effectively.
* Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish are highly advantageous for engaging with a broader clientele.
* A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is preferred.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and drive in achieving objectives.
